We collect two different types of data, information about you in order to provide you with the goods and services you have requested from us and optionally, data for marketing/contact purposes such as our newsletter which informs of our opening times, changes to the business and offers etc.
We need a name and a contact number for all customers having work framed by us. This is to contact you in case there are any queries over the work to be completed and to notify you when it has been completed and is ready for collection.
We then keep this data along with details such as the materials used, the sizes that the materials were cut to etc. This is to help in case you decide you want something similar later.
The data will be noted on your job sheet, in our master log and in our software by the person that you deal with whilst ordering your framing.
The data for marketing/contact purposes will be used for workshop related contact only such as our newsletter, which informs of our opening times, changes to the business and offers etc.
The information collected will not be shared with anyone else. It is purely available internally at the workshop and not accessed outside of the workplace. The data held electronically is backed up securely to the cloud. To prevent unauthorised access, Inspirations uses strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of personal data stored on our system.
All your personal information is password-protected – only Inspirations employees and support staff have access to this information. You can opt out at any time and your details will be erased from the system.
You can request to see the data we hold on you and can have it deleted at any time.
You can opt out of our mailing list at any time by request or by the links on any mailings, such as newsletters, that we send.
We do not collect data on racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, physical/mental health/condition, sex life/sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data. We ask for the minimum amount of personal data required to perform our work.
At any time customers of Inspirations Framing Ltd have the right to know;
