This is a recent work in progress from a customer who stitched up this impeccable piece dedicated to a new-born baby. Their framing selection brought about a significant transformation to the piece. Our client selected an oak frame with a stained finish.
As for the border, a double window mount with a salisbury green colour as the outer mount and a moss green as the inner mount blended well together and really brought all the details and colours in together. Those two colour compliments the cross stitch and the moulding incredibly well. The customer selected a UV anti-reflective glass to help preserve and protect the piece in the frame.
The moulding has a stained finish which gives it an authentic and vibrant look. With these particular mouldings, they are much tougher and sturdier in quality and is therefore the best option for such an intricate piece.
