Here is one of the most recent football shirts that we framed for one of our customers.
It is a Window Mounted frame with multiple apertures for the photos of the player and the match ticket. Each aperture has an orange core bevel to compliment the shirt. Our framer made sure the sleeves are visible as the customer wanted the logos on the sleeve to be visible.
We used a deep black frame which allows us to fit the shirt (which we always stretch over a bespoke template), which is stitched to a backing board, which sits back in the frame, with the face mount and glass to the front, without the shirt touching the glass.
Player Background:
This football shirt was worn by midfielder Christian N’Guessan on his professional debut playing for League Two club Oldham, while on loan from his parent club Burnley. The match was against Macclesfield FC in January 2020, and he made his full league debut the following week against Stevenage FC, not long before the season was terminated due to COVID-19. Christian, who was born in Lewisham, is now playing for Kent-based club Ebbsfleet United.
